Merger
Successfully managed the merger between Sunwing and Signature Vacations Group. Ensured zero downtime in the reservation process, including the reservation system and the call centre operation. Merged the two IT teams and motivated them to create one strong and united IT team.
ERP
Successfully implemented an ERP system for Caribbean Nexus Travel, resulting in improved passenger information, automated manual processes, and streamlined financial processes.
Negotiation
Assisted a UK company with selecting a new ERP system. Negotiated a cost reduction of £1.3M (CAD $3M) – a 50% savings for the project.
Salvaged Project
Quickly uncovered the root causes of a significant delay of a major website redesign project. Recommended the steps to save the project, worked with the owner and the executive team to obtain the buy-in of the proposed changes. As a result, the new website went live within several weeks after being delayed by a year.
Business Intelligence
Implemented the corporate Business Intelligence platform with data warehouse producing real-time KPI’s such as sales, margins, year over year comparisons, etc. KPI’s were also made available on mobile devices for ease of access.
Office Move
Successfully moved corporate head office from Toronto to Mississauga in 2 days; achieved zero downtime in the move.

Initiated and successfully implemented a major transactional SaaS system using agile methodology, which resulted in increased revenue and improved customer experience.

Restructured the entire IT team and established industry-standard engineering, QA, support, and operations processes. These changes significantly improved the efficiency of delivering high-quality client solutions

Initiated the redesign of the telecom infrastructure to a SIP solution for greater redundancy, flexibility, and an additional $150.0K in savings annually.
SR&ED
Initiated and oversaw the preparation of Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) claim which recovered the company $400,000.
